Human Rights Policy

To fulfill corporate social responsibility and safeguard the basic human rights of all employees, clients, and stakeholders, the company supports international human rights standards such as the “Universal Declaration of Human Rights,” the “UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights,” the “UN Global Compact,” and the standards set by the “International Labour Organization” (ILO). The company respects and adheres to these international human rights conventions. On August 20, 2024 an online human rights education session was held, with 149 participants. The company continues to implement the following human rights policies:

  • Adhere to national labor laws and regulations, international labor standards, and other applicable industry and international conventions, continuously improving employee working conditions and benefits
  • Provide employees with safe and healthy working and living conditions.
  • Offer an equitable and fair work environment with reasonable salary and benefits.
  • Respect employees’ freedom and right to collective bargaining.
  • Arrange reasonable work hours, rest, and vacation time for employees.
  • Prohibit the use of child labor and forced labor.
  • Ban all forms of discrimination, ensuring employees’ healthy development and meeting their basic needs.

Workplace Diversity and Equality:

  • Employee recruitment, salary, promotions, and compensation are based on job category, academic background, professional knowledge and skills, experience, and individual performance, regardless of age, gender, race, or other factors.
  • Gender balance is integrated into all human resource practices. Women make up 69% of the total workforce, and female managers constitute 61% of all management positions. The company believes that increasing the number of female managers will enhance its inclusive culture, promote gender balance, improve decision-making and innovation, and boost employee satisfaction.
