Corporate Governance Officer
On March 25, 2022, the board of directors appointed the company’s Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Tsao, Hsin-Wen, as the Corporate Governance Officer. Ms. Tsao is responsible for Chief Financial Officer, including handling registration changes, organizing board meetings, audit committee meetings, and shareholder meetings in accordance with the law; assisting directors with their appointments and continuing education; providing directors with necessary business information; and ensuring directors comply with relevant regulations.
