The Employee Satisfaction Survey serves not only as a comprehensive indicator of employees’ loyalty, cohesion, and sense of belonging to the company, but also as an important channel for listening to employees’ feedback. CMI Kunshan FPC Plant and Wire Harness Plant conduct the Employee Satisfaction Survey once a year, and the Taiwan headquarters will implement it starting in 2026. Through regular surveys, the company tracks and evaluates the effectiveness of internal policies, promptly adjusts strategies, and improves employee retention rates.
