According to the results of the 2025 employee satisfaction survey, some areas still have room for improvement. In particular, satisfaction levels at the FPC Plant were relatively lower in the areas of canteen and dormitory facilities, compensation and benefits, and factory uniforms and labor protection equipment. To enhance employee satisfaction and organizational cohesion, the Company has reviewed the underlying causes and formulated the following improvement measures to continuously enhance employees’ working and living environments.
1. Improvement of Canteen and Dormitory Facilities
The Company will regularly review the quality and variety of meals provided in the canteen and adjust catering services through employee feedback mechanisms. Cleaning management and facility maintenance of the canteen and dormitories will also be strengthened to improve the overall living environment. In addition, public facilities and rest areas in the dormitories will be gradually upgraded to enhance employees’ living comfort.
2. Review of Compensation and Benefits
The Company will periodically review its salary structure and adjustment mechanisms with reference to market salary levels and industry trends. Employee welfare measures will continue to be optimized, including festival bonuses, health check-ups, and employee care activities. Through performance evaluation systems and incentive mechanisms, the Company aims to enhance employees’ motivation and strengthen organizational cohesion.
3. Optimization of Factory Uniforms and Labor Protection Equipment
The Company will regularly review the quality and functionality of factory uniforms and labor protection equipment to ensure they meet operational and safety requirements. A regular replacement and replenishment mechanism for labor protection equipment will be established to safeguard employee safety. In addition, occupational safety education and awareness campaigns will continue to be strengthened to enhance employees’ safety awareness.

Satisfaction Follow-up: Labor–management meetings are held quarterly to review employee feedback and strengthen two-way communication.
