The Employee Satisfaction Survey serves not only as a comprehensive indicator of employees’ loyalty, cohesion, and sense of belonging to the company, but also as an important channel for listening to employees’ feedback. the company tracks and evaluates the effectiveness of internal policies, promptly adjusts strategies, and improves employee retention rates.
Scope: Head Office、Kunshan FPC Plant and Wire Harness Plant.
Number of Respondents: In 2025, a total of 445 employees participated, accounting for 62% of the total workforce in these plants.
Satisfaction Tracking: Quarterly labor–management meetings are held to strengthen two-way communication.
